Front one is out side of rail about even to front of front door. Rear one is inside rail just before the bed. Make sure the boxes are unplugged (not just the sensors) and clean and tape them up. WebJul 1, 2024 · Typically glow plugs are more or less gone at 100,000 miles. The ECU will give a DTC only after all plugs are defective. The engine will start w/o difficulty up until -10C even w/o glow plugs. So -if the plugs are original- start by having the plugs replaced. Replacement is also doable for a DIY guy:
