Francesco was the 8th floor concierge and catered to our every need. Kevin, the bellhop, was johnny on the spot getting us shuttles, handling our luggage and gave much needed helpful advice. WebFeb 1, 2024 · The Grand Luxxe is a beautiful upscale hotel. Love the ambiance and room freshener scents, chocolates, etc. The Spa experience was wonderful. Dining was very good. Although, I think that some of the menus were limited in selection. I have a major complaint in that the lobby in Tower 5 is kept extremely cold.
