WebJul 8, 2006 · Your engine is the older style it uses a magneto that dosen`t have the electronic module built in to it. You hook it up by hooking one wire from the module to the primary wire of the magneto and the other to ground. Primary wire is what is going to your points from behind your flywheel shroud.
