WebI had the same issue too, but in the game files there is an .exe called TS4_x64.exe which (hopefully) should run it in 64-bit mode. Should be in Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin. I added the shortcut to my desktop. Hopefully this fixes your issue!
